"The name "Om Zone" came from the wave of peace that my home always brings me. In this space, I feel the binds of the world release and I am able to come back to my true self and be present. In every space there is an intention and in this space, my intention is to "Om out" or "Check out" from the world so that I may heal and ground myself back into the things that serve me.

I would like to create the same space of intention for you, my fellow yogis & friends. A space where the intention is centered around your healing!

Yoga comes in many forms, not just the fancy shapes we see on the mat. Here, you will find many outlets of yogic practices, such as, meditation, breathing exercises, all-natural recipes for juicing, meals, body care, and MORE! Yoga can be incorporated in all aspects of life and it will propel you into higher vibrational energy and help you to live at your highest potential.
